It's the Thursday before Mother's Day (that's Sunday, guys! ;)) and I'm wondering what everyones' plans are for the weekend. I'm not too sure yet what we're going to do, but we won't have kids until Sunday mid-afternoon. It might be a good time for a nice hike before it really starts to warm up here. There's also the chance for a date night, etc.

What about everyone here? It should not be too hard to amke me look like a boring old dud. :o

I'll probably do a little hiking and some chores around the house.
Went camping the last 2 weekends and planning a 5 day memorial day trek.

I'm planning for some shopping, site seeing & fine beverage evaluations in Ft. Worth and Dallas :)

Barbeque, beer drinking and Wii Friday night, followed by more beer drinking Saturday and a Morel hunt. Sunday, dinner with the folks. After three years... it's great to be single again.:D

Flying out to Seattle on Sunday for business (then to Denver on Mon. morning and on to Memphis on Tues. morning and home on Wed.)

My mom and I will either go out on Sat. or following weekend for a day of shopping and dining.

Quiet weekend in with the wife. She's got a nasty cold and I'm just getting over one (I gave it to her, of course) so it's best we stay in. We'll probably go walking at some point if it doesn't rain too badly.

Survival, just survival.

I'm finally returning to life after an extended, cellular-level pounding by a lousy, stinking mass of barely-differentiated RNA.

I've hardly seen the great outdoors for two weeks. Hopefully, the wife will want a nice walk in the forest.:D

50k trail run Saturday morning, eat and drink the rest of the day, then whatever my wife wants me to do on Sunday.

I am going to celebrate with the very special Lady that I had sense enough to pray about before i met her, and was eventually blessed with - the best mother my children could ever have:thumbup:

I am also going to celebrate having the best Mother that I could have ever had.

I am a very blessed man, and give thanks to them and God this weekend:thumbup:

Going down to the cabin to do a little work, fishing and shooting. Hoping for a nice weekend with no rain:thumbup:

Im expecting my first CGFBM to arrive tomorrow, so getting some quality chopping time in is my first priority.....at least until Sunday.

Hopefully I can convince the ol' lady into some nice long trails this weekend, take her mind off the schoolwork for a while....

Hoping for the lousy rain to break. Breakfast in bed, church, maybe lunch out... Take the wife & kids on a nice walk outside somewhere at a park (knife included)...

Then see if I can escape for a Mt. Bike ride that night!!

Well, after surviving pneumonia and another work downsize this week...I'm going to take myself out in the Jeep. Missing Baby, of course. (Sniffle!) She will be home soon. ;)
