Yep, that looks like a winner to me too. Only thing I have mixed feeling about is the arrow/bolt, but it's not a deal breaker by any means.
I'm a sucker for anything in orange so thumbs up for me!
Where did u purchase this and how much was it?
Yea wonder what it means?
my thoughts are, 'use caution when sawing through live electrical wires'.
Yea wonder what it means?
I just got a Cadet model with the same color scales. I have already had several folks comment on it.
Matter of fact, my sergeant just about fell in love with the thing.....until he tested the blade. I had just ran it over my ultra fine SM rods and stropped it with HA diamond spray.
Needless to say his thumb is a bit sore now. That is about four folks in a row that have "tested" my edges and paid the price. I give them the "now this is real sharp" disclaimer but they never listen. I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel a sense of pride when they start leaking. I dig the orange.
Yes, that's a funny story. I once had some friends over and when cooking together I handed out some Opinels, since I didn't have enough cooking knives. While cutting meat and vegetables with them, they were surprised how sharp those Opinels were. Sometimes I think most of the non-knife people are used to dull blades.
I wish Victorinox offered more colored alox models here in Europe.
