Simply list your top 5 favorite BM's ever conceived, and list why you love them so much
Narrowing them down is harder than you think LOL
- My Top 5 -
(1) 940-121 - Pure perfection in every respect. It's lightweight, not to small, not too big, and has great ergos along with an original appearance. This model has great looking anodized Ti scales, with unpolished CF bolsters - not to mention CPM-M4 (62-64hrc) - which holds its edge forever.
(2) 530-1303 - Ultra-light pocket razor, this knife is not meant for abusive applications, however, for general EDC purposes, it really makes sense IMO. I love the steel S30V, and the Herringbone milled CF scales are very detailed and give this knife a better overall appearance. I can't feel it in my pocket (definitely a good back-up).
(3) 941-CFV - Same overall ergos and profile of the 940 above - only with full polished CF scales, and a satin ultra-sharp S30V PE blade. What's not to like - only #1-25 made.
(4) 615 - The awesome, profiled handle shape, high bevel S30V blade, and rugged appearance gives this knife the #4 spot. This may come from personal opinion - but this knife is one of the coolest BM's (regarding appearance) that I've seen. I loved that Blackwood/BM used a micarta/G10 combo.
(5) 710 - Both Classic and dependable, this knife was the first to feature the Axis Lock - which paved way for the evolution of BM. Great all around folder in every respect.
Runner-ups: 630, 810, and the Ritter Grip.
