Yes...and it's also in the "about 25 Liter size" class.
There are way cheaper bags of similar design and construction to be had...
I bought one...and then later 5 more...of these and they are very nice bags for what they are:

...and at $22 per bag shipped
FREE, you really can't gripe too much about them. These will comfortably hold a 48-72 hr emergency supply....or are great for EDC.
Now a little warning....the straps are a bit on the short side. I stand 6'1" and at 230 lbs, I'm not exactly "small-framed"...but neither am I built like "Triple H"....lol.......the straps adjusted out as far as they go are
just enough that I can wear it very comfortably and not have to worry about the straps dismounting under stress. I can adjust them further to the end but that would require stitching them in place [which given the strap attachment style, is actually no big deal]. These have 'cheaper' buckles that are very functional and have been very sturdy for me - but you may want to replace them with more sturdy types for the absolute "roughest" use.
Each of my family members has one as their "BoB," I use one as an EDC bag and I have one in the vehicle for an "always there" bag. I really like these bags.
