What Becker shoul I buy next?

Ok KnifeKid said I should post this...........I got a BK11 I figured out what all the fuss was about I bought a BK14 so I could fiddle with it a bit and the 11 was a bit small for my big hands....Now I have stripped beat on re sharpened and taken a triangle file to the 14.........What should be my next BK knife..............Im pretty set in the 5inch world so a bit bigger would be best lets hear the recommendations. Credit card is on stand by.

EDIT: make it a bk9. i want one of those pretty badly
 
Im leaning towards a BK9 I have several 5 inch knives but not in the Becker line except for a Camillus Mark1

bk5 is an 8 inch blade and its surprisingly well at chopping and small chores. It performs as well in the woods as it does in the kitchen. I would feel perfectly comfortable using it in a one knife scenario
 
I vote the 7. Big and heavy enough to get everything done, small and light enough to carry all day with minimal fatigue.
 
I would go with a 9 or a 7 if you have lots of other knives in the 5in range. The 9 if you think you might be chopping (check out my review on the one I just got :)), and the 7 if you want a nice all around blade for playing in the woods.

That said, I don't think there is really a "wrong becker" out there, so you'll like whatever it is that you get :).
 
BK2 or 7. The 7 is my favorite chopper, better than the SOG Creed, but I just got a Condor Boomslang, and once I touch up the blade, it could become the #1 chopper. BK2 is good, just not the chopper that the 7 is. I doubt you'll go wrong with any Becker choice, though.
 
Hmmm 7 might be the answer but I think Im all set in the 5 inch range..........Maybe a BK9?

well. mmm. get a BK2. kick ass.

then you'll want a BK9 or BK5, unless the BK4 is available...
 
Get a 2 or a 9. Doesn't really matter which one since you will end up both eventually. (more like multiples of both!)
 
The BK4 was something I was half hazard about. But in the last 30 days my excitement has been tangible.

Buy a BK2. Use it with a tweener and machax.

If you don't have a BK-2 yet, your missing the heart of the BK experience, by my way of thinking. That being said, you may want to call k-bar In the a.m. And see if there are any 10's left because when they are gone, they won't be coming back anytime soon.
10 or 2 is my reccommendation. Best
