How To What buffing wheel does Bark River use?

The buffer makes sparks. I wonder what buffing wheel and compound they use.
(My buffer never makes sparks)

That looks like a wheel coated with "brush-on" compound. It's available in different grits and is applied to the wheel and allowed to harden.
Greaseless compounds in many of the grits will also produce sparks.
