Gentlemen (& Mamav):
Whilst at a gun and knife show two weekends ago, I fell prey to the original Cold Steel tanto with the AUS 8A blade. It was a knife lust from my youth that was never satisfied. Do any of you have experience with this particular knife? If so please give me your opinion as to whether I've been hypnotised ( or HYPE- notised!?!). what type of performance/ shortcomings can I expect from it? Will it be able to slice a dump truck in two and still be able to slice a tomato?
Your thoughts and/ or rubukes..

edited to add: I also bought a City stick cane as well. Unbreakable reinforced fiberglass shaft with a stainless steel head. Looks harmless, but has heft and a solid feel to it. It could definitely be employed for defense!
