What can you tell me about BECUT steel.

Andrew Jordan uses it a lot. You might check out his website n see what he is doing with it.
All I really know is its a stainless steel n he uses it on his production and customs. Worth a look though. Makes some nice stuff.
 
I've been using it for years and years, as far as I know, I was the first knife maker to use it for hand held knives. (I turned Andrew Jordan on to the steel.) It is primarily designed for industrial knives used in food processing machines.

Becut is an extremely tough, Niobium alloyed stainless certified for food processing usage. Using hardness is HRC 58-59. I've made hundreds of knives from the steel, you cannot go wrong with it.
