What can you tell me about cleavers?

Recently, my friend and I collaborated on a 5 layer, forge welded, Damascus meat cleaver that was really fun to make. It made me want to try some more styles. I bought a 1/4" X 6" X 48" piece of W-2 and cut out 6 cleavers. Two are balanced for one hand, two are balanced for two hands, and two are balanced for either. All are in the process of being given a finer shape. I plan to have Peter's Heat Treat in Meadville, PA do the heat treating, when they are done.

Does anyone have any opinions or ideas that they could offer, especially regarding grinds? Also, what can you tell me about heat treat options, such as: differential heat treats, clay, hardness levels... In the end, Brad from Peters' is who I trust the most, but I love to hear thoughts from others as well.
