I got this knife as a kid and it's been sitting in my tool box forever. It's dull and the action is sticky. The large blade has a "91" on it. Is it carbon steel? Why does it have duplicate blades? Is it rare or common? Also, the joints on one end are somewhat loose, and the blades have sideways play. Is there anything I can do to tighten it up? Thanks a lot for you help.
