I was rummaging through my attic and came across a Case XX fixed blade knife and sheath, that I had when I was in the Boy Scouts - probably some time in the early 50's. The knife is a fixed blade, looks to be nickle polished, doesn't hold an edge (even thought it was aluminum at one point), but the leather on the handle is still in excellent condition as is the original leather sheath. What do any of you know about these knives. I see the case company is still in existance, and similiar knives, although probably real steel, are going for about $50 on the internet, but other than that I don't know anything else. I would never sell it, as it's been with me throughout our lives, but I was curious as to what other information there may be.
