What color should my new pants be?

I made a new sheath today for my AD. Now I can't decide what color to finish it in. My AD is Foliage Green (supposed to be olive drab but it matches my foliage green maxpedition kit perfectly!)

Trouble is I only have green (dark) and black dyes so I'll probably have to spend some money.

So, what color should I do it?

I like black myself, and I think that would look great in black.

They called this one DO, or Desert Olive.

Think its the same as yours. Looks pretty good in this color to me.

edit- your sheath looks great BTW! I also like a lower ride and had Dwayne extend the loop on mine.

Black goes with just about anything. Nice sheath work by the way!

I'd go the black myself. It matches the handle and is always stylish. Besides it won't show up dirt and grim as easy.

I say a natural color. Beeze wax finish, oiled finish. I think green goes great with natural colors.

Hmm... looks like black is getting the most votes, and I tend to agree.

I did think a natural type finish but the leather is a bit marked so I think a darker, solid colour would benefit it.
