  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What comes after, "I'll take it"?

It's been quite some time since I purchased anything on here or even sold anything for that matter. But I keep a gold membership in case I want to get rid of anything and because I enjoy browsing on a regular basis. I came across a knife late last night that I would like to buy... Specifically the "Work Tuff Gear Mini Tayal" in the fixed blade for sale by individuals section of the knife exchange. I left a post saying I'll take it and to please let me know how to pay for it. Although it hasn't even been 24 hours since I post that, since I haven't heard back from the seller I'm concerned about whether I've done what I'm supposed to do to ensure my ability to purchase it? I wanted to send a personal message since I assume that's what p.m. inbound means, but wasn't able to figure out how to send one to this particular remember. So I guess my question is, what exactly are you supposed to do after saying I'll take it?
I apologize if this is a redundant or silly question but I appreciate any and all help in reminding me exactly how to navigate my way through a purchase with an individual. Thank you very much.

Normally, I would follow up an "I'll take it" with a private message asking for paypal info, etc.

Is this the sales thread? It's a year old, and the seller no longer has a paid membership (and has their profile set to private) so you don't have the option to send them a message.

Yes that is the sales post and I'm an idiot because all I saw was the August 17th part. Didn't even pay attention to the year not thinking anything would be that old and pop up. But thank you very much for the help.
