what commando dagger (fairbaim & sykes) is in use by royal marines?

My next objetive is a model of this dagger,but I want purchase one that are in use now by royal marines or royal army .Somebody can help me ? i need model,brand and wherw can I buy it, Tank you and excuse me my bad english
