What constitutes as "open carry"? (Taking a trip to LV)

So, I think my question is straight forward.. What exactly is considered open carry?

Typically, I have my knife clipped inside my pocket, with my shirts tucked in. My knife is not hidden pre-se, but not out in the obvious.

I plan on traveling with my zt 200; according to the law, this is OK open, but illegal concealed. I would rather avoid problems, so any advice would be appreciated. Also... I will be in casinos.. Any advice on carrying there?
