What CRK did you carry today and why....????

Let me start.......

I had this old original sebenza out lately. Deciding on either to send it in to CRK for spa work, sell it, or just keep it as it is. I have had it for several years and never remember carrying it. So today while it was sitting here and I was out and about, I decided to finally carry it. I did not need it for anything today but it was ready should I needed it. Great knife with features I have Only seen on this particular piece. Thumb stud is similar to what we have today, but has several more thinner rings around it that give it much more grip. Also the hollow grind of the blade is stonewashed, while the flats are polished like the old P sebenzas. Has the older short clip also. Razor sharp ATS-34 blade. This is one of the earliest UG/CGG designs. This design was later updated with stars and was a CGG on the regular sebenza platform.

 
This pair. The small is my daily, everywhere carry (and use), the large goes with me when I'm not at work and catches most of the use.

I can't really say why. I guess because it was there :D
I just started collecting CRKs and I've acquired all mine in the past few weeks. I'm still in the honeymoon phase with all of them. Well the large ones anyway.

Thanks! That is a beauty, even in it's dirty and scratched up dull state. The back is factory engraved with "All things are possible", and it's a Lisa's Pick from 2010. Kind of a departure from her usual choices for monthly Pick.
 
Does she even still do the monthly sebenzas....??? We used to see them pictured so if we wanted one like it. With the update to the site, a lot is missing.
 

I carried this one today as usual. It seems to have moved into the role of most carried CRK over the past few months:thumbup:

How do you like the CF.....??? Have been looking at an insingo version in a large since they came out.
 
Today I carried my Small Micarta Insingo. I typically carry a large outside of work, but I took my kid to the zoo today and wanted something a little more people friendly.
