I notice,SOG blades seem to unexpectedly discontinue line of very succesfull models, such as Desert Dagger,,,i do like "old and traditional" SOG models, such as fixed blades-Agency,Bowies,Pentagon,Daggert1&2,Creed,Ranger,,,,-i do not like at all new and "futuristic designs" of current 2015 and some previous "futuristic" designs of SOG and other makers,as i believe, there is very little (if any) chances to inovation of old, tested and functional designs,as these were tested by hundreds of years and seem to me like inventing wheel....when it comes to shapes of knifes. Most appealing to me are traditionally looking blades,,,there is however plenty of room for innovation of quality, steel metalurgy, composition of steel and etc.i believe...

I would say stuff that is in between some of the classic designs and the newer stuff. Think Field pup, NW Ranger, Force, stuff like that. Just recently they did away with the GOV-Tac which was a great knife. Hopefully when some of their crappy low end stuff breaks or doesn't sell (think fixation stuff and their China made fixed blades) and when some of their gimmicky mall ninja stuff doesn't sell SOG can get back on track with making classic solid knives.
