And what company would like it to be mass produced by?

I'd love to see the Darrel Ralph Madd Maxx go back into production (apologies for the horrible photo quality):

I know, I know, "It's already been done". But the Camillus Madd Maxx still has a strong following and I'm thinking more along the lines of the 3" blade version like the above pictures. It's an excellent urban EDC size (at least for me).

So who would I like to produce it this time? Benchmade. That's right. Spyderco is always a great option, but they always seem to need to have a Spyder hole in the blade somewhere. Kershaw's another great option, especially because they're the master of production AOs IMO. But I don't know if there's some conflict between DDR's "robo-power" or "SAO" and Ken Onion's AO. Plus I've always loved BM's quality. So my vote would go to them.

The question again is: What custom knife would you like to see go to mass production and which company would you like to see do it?

Kirby Lambert Whar & Spearpoint, Hinderer XM-18, Burch bamboo folder and chubby, Lucas Burnley Kawiken, Ikoma executive and cerbero, Marlowe Bulldog, Emerson CQC-6 or 5,any Lum and even though it has already been done I woulld like to see the Jim Hammond Cruiser but done by either Microtech, BM, or Boker . there are more but I cant think of them now

I would love to see a Microtech DA auto version of the XM-18 or even a Benchmade Axis lock version.

The XM-18 would definitely be interesting, but who should make it? I think a natural choice would be Strider.

id like to see any and all of the atwood minitools too go into production especially the ring-thing and the sharktool

Definatley the XM-18, maybe not by strider though. But who else? Maybe benchmade, an axis version would be awsome. Oh and +1500 on the atwood stuff. Would love to get a bunch of those tools, especially the skeeter neck knife.

If someone were to pick up the Darrel Ralph Maxx line again that would be awesome. The Camillus Aftermath is one of the knives that I most regret missing out on (5.5" of assisted opening D-2, drool).

if im correct some Striders are put into productions by Buck

Strider has both production and custom knives. They collaborated with Buck on a few models, but they still produce their own production line.

Here's a general concept, one that only seems to be a custom option at the moment:

A left-handed frame lock! Make it solid with a practical blade, and whoever produces it is guaranteed to get 10-15% of the knife knerd market ;) Heck, I'd probably buy TWO!

But seriously, I would be just as happy to see an XM-18 with Axis/Arc Lock.
