What date did the Mnandi change nail nick and clip?

For some reason I thought the change over time was sometime in 2013 but I just got a Box Elder Burl with a 06/26/2012 birthday card that has the new nail nick on the blade and the new style clip.

So does anybody know what the date they changed over? I have heard some knives during the change over can have the new clip and old blade so it did not happen over night. I have also sent an email to CRK asking about this but thought you guys might have a faster answer.
 
I don't know, but I have bocote inlay, "born" date 5-24-2012. It has new pivot,new clip, old nail nick! And I'm happy...

The following are rough estimates.
Steel
  • BG42 - 2001
  • S30V - Early 2002 thru early to mid 2011
  • S35V - Early to mid 2011 until now
New clip and new pivot were introduced around end of 2011 or beginning of 2012.
New nail nick was introduced around middle of 2012.

Looks like sometime between May 24th 2012 and June 26th 2012 on the nail nick from the above examples...
