What did I just win on Ebay? Queen Barlow

I just won an Ebay auction for a Queen Barlow which already was auctioned before without anyone bidding on it and now there were also only 2 other bids

What can you tell me about this knife? I don't know much about the Queen brand.
Perhaps they do or did different lines, like a budget line or high end line, etc.
I'm very curious why there were almost no other bidders, normally knives like this are very popular.

The seller stated it is 3,5 inch long when closed and the date stamp is from 1993.

That's some good information there. I didn't know #22 was the item number for starters.

It seems to be constructed in an unusual manner and the casing is aluminium which I like because I was worried about the weight.
