I was browsing through a book with a lot of photos of the American west, and the below picture taken in 1869 on Shawnee Street in Leavenworth Kansas made me wonder what knives would have been sold in the pictured hardware store.

So here is my invitation. Post images of knives that might have been found in a frontier town in 1869. I think the majority of knives were from Sheffield. A starting point would be this selection of knives from the steamship Arabia, which sank less than 30 miles downstream of Leavenworth in 1856.
