Finally got to put my knife through its paces on some actual work instead of the mundane mail cutting. Went fishing. Something has got to cut those bloodworms.

I used my ZDP-189 stretch to cut some cleaning patches for my 91/30 Mosin Nagant rifle after an impromptu shooting session. Knife cost more than the rifle LOL.

I'm camping so I have been using my Tuff for assorted tasks.

Opening packages
Cutting food
Wood shavings
Splitting small kindling
Carving and whittling

I know that's what the tuff is for but I would find it difficult to use it for its intended purpose. I have a few other Spydies and ended up using the endura as the sacrificial lamb.

I won't buy a knife if I'm not going to use it. I definitely don't abuse them but I make them work. I use my m390/carbon fiber Millie all the time, just never need to sharpen it.

I was only splitting the really small tinder kindling with the Tuff. I just wouldn't feel okay batoning with a folder. I use my Fallkniven F1 for the baton size kindling that the hatchet can't easily do.

I am impressed with the CPM 3V though. It's holding an edge much better than I expected. I think I want to get a hard use fixed blade in this steel.

I took my brand new red bone kiwi out of my pocket and showed it to a few guys at work. They liked it...

I just used my Spyderco Tuff to open a new bag of hamster fluff.
That's right...hamster fluff. And for a dwarf hamster at that.

Doesn't get much more hard-core than that. :D

Hey, we should go on a pet play date. You bring your hamster and I'll bring my Python. It'll be fun, trust me!

The one, which you picked-up at Vic? :)

I cut some branches around around mailbox with my Persian.
Than broke down several cardboard boxes for recycling and brought them to recycle center and had to fight with yellow jackets. They won :grumpy:

hmm..i built a porch with my black blade PM 2...

well, i didn't realy use it to build the porch, but it helped with assorted porch building tasks..

Gotcha all beat...I stabbed someone with my Blk/Blb para 2. Yep sure did, myself. I was cutting a wrapper off of a log book at work and dropped the knife, I didn't want it to hit the floor so I closed my legs to catch the knife and one leg pushed the knife into my inner thigh of the other leg. I have another 1 1/2 hours to go at work or I'd go get a couple of stitches...one of the stupid things I've done in my life. About a 1 of the blade straight in...those para's are sharpppppp.

I carried it to town and back. And cut up a box before I left.

Oh, the struggles this poor knife goes through!

Showed off my Tenacious (today's EDC) to a couple new acquaintances throughout the day. Fondled it and admired the scratches while I was alone. Made short work of my Tri-tip dinner with it also!
