What did you get at REI's Winter Sale?

I couldn't resist not picking up an REI Flash 18. It's in one of their uglier colors, so I got it for <$25. Kidding aside, it's OD green which is :thumbup: and luckily one that caught my eye the most. Strange - can't find it anywhere on line. Could have been a close-out. I had wanted to try this pack for a while, but didn't want to pay full price for it. Read elsewhere that this pack isn't as good as earlier generations. But, with REIs warranty and the price, I had to try it out for myself. Also got a pair of their wool liner socks which have worked great as stand-alone socks.

I didn't get anything, because what I wanted (a backup for my REI Neo Softshell that I got on clearance at the Spring Sale for $60) has somehow jumped to $130 and they didn't have any on sale. I was told to come back in the Spring sale

My local Marshalls has the Columbia Ascender II for half-price. Maybe that'd work as your back up.
