We all had our wish list, now let's see if Santa was good to you!

The handle I picked up so one of my kids could give it to me, the books my wife got without me even ever mentioning them. Not even a hint.

 
Spoke shave and draw knife for making my own handles.....and a ping ping net but that is beside the point :D
 
Not exactly axe related, but a nice leather cutting tool to make sheaths for my axe hawk and knife

Nothing blade related yet. I have a few khukuri coming tomorrow and Saturday. I did however get about four ppounds of tannerite :3
 
Poking through an out-of-town hardware store early this week I stumbled across a lovely 32" unfinished axe handle (vertical grain/no runout) which promptly followed me over to my sister and brother-in-law's home and magically appeared on their formerly thrashed and chipped fire wood axe just in time to help split up the trunk rounds of an old apple tree that the local golf course had cut up and piled at the edge of their property about a year and a half ago. Bluish flames and a unique aroma accompany apple wood in the fireplace and is a pleasant and relaxing feature after eating way too much Christmas turkey!
 
I have a rifleman hawk and a condor hudson bay knife on the way. I want to do some customizing on them both.
 
No pictures uploaded yet, but I got a Gransfors Bruk Wildlife Hatchet.

Whittling and shaving sharp right out of the box and so far a loaded leather strop has kept it that way.
 
How is the American Axes book? I have the Ax book and I like it quite a bit.
