What did you to customize your knife

I would like to know what did you to make your knife a little more special to you?
Put new scales on it, coloured standoffs, polished the blade..... ?
Show us pics please so maybe one or two of us get some new ideas.

I like messing around with already existing knives....but this subforum is for all custom/handmade stuff.
