Hey all, As I was cleaning up the aftermath of our Christmas morning, and re sheathing the Heavy Duty, I got to wondering what y'all used to open all those awful clam packed goodies and cut the neverending threads and ties that are always connected all over the new toys. My daughter got a Barbie from Santa and it was the worst of all for the threads and ties holding that poor doll, even the hair was secured to two plastic pieces!

HOG FSH!! The packages and tape put up a valiant fight but in the end no contest. The wife thought it was just a little overkill. :D

Sebenza.

No sheath yet for my HD.

Dwayne, were you able to get the metal clip for the sheath?

Well, my SJ-TAC was in my back pocket the whole time, but it never had a chance. I've got a 16-year-old with many knives & he did the honors this year with his BM Stryker.

I didn't wrap the presents to myself. No point. As for the others - my kid took care of openning them. ;)

... saw a Barbie that a 4yr old little girl with sharp teeth and tiny fingers could'nt free from her cardboard & plastic prison on Christmas morning. I ain't getting in the way of that, a man might end up needin' stitches. ;) We ended up with 2 turkeys this year though ( my lady cooked one and the inlaws showed up with another ). I was going to line them up and carve 'em both at once with the new AK , but she thought it was best if I did't show that side of myself to her whole family. Smart girl, guess that's why I love her.

yes, my young daughters can rip into any barbie package. They are like two pirahnas.

Yep, sure did, its sitting on my bench right next to the cardboard sheathed Heavy Duty. :o I am suffering badly from the "Cobblers Syndrome" Everyone gets my best work while my "kids" sit on the shelf in cardboard or cordura or, ugh, nekkid  I finally messed up a FSH sheath so badly in the dye that at least it has clothes. :D

I think another great sheath is going to be coming my way.

Dude, try being an ex sports injury masseur: everyone else benefits from your skills while you walk around in pain.

I feel your pain my friend. I thought making sheaths would be a good way for me to cloth mine and save some $. I have yet to make one for my stuff. :) Of course, I don't get to work on them full time either.

My original AD in its Leatherman sheath. :D

It really got a work out as well, there seemed to be lots of heavy cardboard boxes needing my assistance. Problem was though, none of them were for me. :grumpy:
