I carry Cold Steel Cullodens and Mini Cullodens, and Colds Steel Peacekeeper II. Now I also carry Justin Garvey custom blades. Every once in a while I carry a 31" ASP, and a Para Ordance P14 .45. I don't carry these for defense, I carry these to attack people who attack me. ;)

Stay Alive

I carry a Buck Strider 889 SBMF, a Spyderco Native, and a CRKT Limited Edition K.I.S.S.

Hmm.. most times a Microtech Socom Elite (kydex-sheath), a MT Vector (great to open beer bottles .. you cant screw them open here in Germany) and a Watanabe Necklace knife.

Mini Kaspar Crawford Fighting Folder.

A lot of experts tell folks to carry a blade for utility work and a separate blade for defense.

Carrying multiple blades doesn't sit well with authorities here and would be considered premeditation if you were ever to have to use them for defense. As would training in any form of blade craft for a civilian.

Best to carry a single blade and use it around the workplace, so that co-workers can attest that it was used for work purposes. If you maintain the edge properly you don't have to worry about it being "sharp enough".

When in doubt, check your local laws.

i carry a $10 karambit folder and $20 fixed blade. every now and then a carry kabar warthog.

(Self) Waved Endura on weak side (front left pocket). Right side, (factory) waved endura OR custom Ivan Campos small fixed blade designed for reverse grip carried IWB. Both waved Spyderco's are set up for reverse grip deployment. Sap in right rear pocket. Glock 19 behind right hip when not at work. I carry some other stuff, too, but you just asked about weapons, right? :D

Hey Cabbit, where is "here"?

I like Becker Necker & Spyderco Delica because they are so light that you almost forget you are carrying them =) Also mini mag-lite is usually with me. And sometimes CRKT Plan B

I own about 12 blades,(fixed, folders, neck knives ect). I favor for EDC, spyderco & cold steel, they both make great folders, they are always sharp & they don't generally use linerlocks. I also like Emerson I own one (mini Commander) but, I really don't even trust Ernies liner locks but, I do like his blade designs, so I will make exceptions. I like K-BAR alot (especially the fixed blades). I carry a K-BAR TD1 Law Enforcement on my belt (one of my favorates for EDC). I also like to carry somthing heavy that I can use as a projectile, somthing that will knock a few teeth out. I also carry a telescoping batan.

I think they carry these...

Interesting picture. Do tell the story...

What do FMA guys carry? Whatever gets the job done.

The legendary 14th century Malaysian hero, Huang Tuah, carried a kris dagger. Legend says he never carried it in a sheath because the only sheath fit for his knife was the body of his enemies. Also, his kris had the ability to leave it's sheath and strike it's target without assistance.

Now, that's the kind of blade a FMA guys should carry! :)

(sidenote: yes I do realize those legends conflict one another.....oh, well....interesting anyway. :))

Folder: Endura Wave (Carry a Chinook II or Manix now and then)
Fixed Blade: Spyderco Perrin or Krein TK8
Pistol: G17, G21 or Kimber 1911 (Can't always carry a gun due to work/legalities)
Misc: I carry an ASP on occasion, along with Fox OC.
