What do I have here?

it looks like the other knives I have seen around that are usually marked as becker or b k & t but this is totally unmarked except for the sheath which is signed eagle usa. Its a real heavy duty piece, the blade is at least 1/4" thick and has a battleship gray coating on it.
5 inch blade 10-1/2" overall.

Looks like a Blackjack era BK-2.

Some blades got out without the usual markings. I have a Reinhardt kukri from that period, unmarked and with similar handles and grey coating.

I'm no expert but I think you have a first generation BK-2. Maybe Cincinnati era?!?!
It looks like it's in great shape. Definitely one to hang on to!!
