What do the "mirror polished perimeters" look like after you use your RR?

Folks, I'm planning my order for the Rogers Rangers field grade spike tomahawk. The "mirror polished perimeters option" looks good but since I plan to actually cut stuff with this tomahawk, how does that fancy polish hold up? Does it get ugly real fast or does it just get more and more scuffed up? I don't plan to cut any rocks and I won't be entrenching myself with it but I might throw it at a (wood) target and will certainly cut up some branches. Thank you for sharing your experience with me.

Rev. Pete,
I have a RR with the mirror edges, and for chopping wood, it stays fairly well “mirrored”. To clean the polished edges, I used a little Flitz ™ metal polish that I use to clean my swords and polished handguns with. Flitz™ works like a charm and you can find it at most gunshots and cutlery shops. Don’t hesitate, buy a RR Spike Hawk and get all the perimeters polished. You will love it’s look and feel, and I’m sure you will never regret buying one.

Rev. Pete,

The mirror polished perimeters really make that hawk! And you might consider the sharpened hooking edge - it's been VERY popular. And you'll love the feel of throwing it and using it.
