What do the moderators carry?

I dont' know if this has been addressed in another thread or not, but I was curious anyway. Are they 1,000 dollar customs or SAKS's? Us normal people want to know! :):):):)

If you see any "normal people" running around in the forums, point'em out to me and I'll ban'em. They obviously don't belong at BFC!

My normal EDC is a Emerson Commander and an Emerson CQC-7b.
 
My EDC is a Benchmade 720SBT, along with a SOG PowerLock.

I also carry, on occasion, a Camillus DDR EDC in 154CM,
or a Benchmade 970 (CQC-7). :)
 
Knifewise, daily carry consists of a custom neck knife (any one of several), a folder in right front pocket (usually a production knife but occasionally a custom) and a Leatherman Micra in my watch pocket.
 
Varies, but none are real high dollar.
I usually have a small folder on me at any time:
Umfann, Larry Chew Micro Spitfire, Doctor's knife (slipjoint) or whittler.

Large Folders that I carry: (weekends and evenings)
Darrel Ralph Apogee DA.
MT LCC DA
R. Vallotton Sidewinder II.
Chew TKCL DA.
Gene Osborn scale release.
Darrel Ralph / Rob Simonich Talonite EDC collab.
Rob S. small Talonite fixed Blade.
Johnathan Walker (Shaded Dude) wharncliff (his third folder).
Kit Carson F4 (small fixed)

More formal occasions:
Ralph Turnbull TKCL or Richard Rogers split backspring 3-bladed wharncliff whittler.

Briefcase: Micra. SAK Fireman.

Car: MT SOCOM DA, Dozier fixed blade cliped to base of seatbelt.
LM Wave in console.

I almost always have a folder, fixed blade, multi-tool, and pistol on me.
 
Emerson Commander for defense, Kershaw Chive for daily utility - great little box cutter.

Every day, I carry a CR Mnandi clipped to my shirt pocket or clipped under the collar. I keep a clipless Kershaw Chive on my keychain primarily for mundane purposes such as box and letter opening. For defensive-only purposes, I usually have a Benchmade Axis lock in one form or another clipped in my right cargo pocket. My favorite there is a 710. If I know I will be around other discerning knife people, I'll carry a Jones Brothers prototype or a Darrel Ralph 5.5" Madd Maxx. Like all forum moderators, I always carry a real bad attitude:D

Thank GOD!!!! So far NO ONE said a S-E-B-E-N-Z-A. I know there IS hope for me......wolf;)
 
Depends on the day and the mood. I pic from the following line up on my dresser and currently carry an Ultratech more than most anything else.

Microtech - UltraTech
Microtech - Tachyon (Duh) :D
Emerson - Commander
Kershaw - Ken Onion Chive
Microtech - CTII Combat Talon II
Benchmade - 2500 Mini-Reflex
Leatherman - Wave (Still the best I think)
Dragon Forge - KoHai
Camillus - 154CM Talon Combo Edge
Camillus - 154CM EDC Darrel Ralph

I carry other knives daily for evaluation reasons but the above have remained on my dresser for EDC reasons.

Sometimes I substitute my Sifu for my Camillus Cuda CQB-1.
 
Glockman99... I didn't even think you had a knife by the way you are always asking people to send them the ones they don't like. To think...I was starting to feel sorry for you and about to send you my prized custom folder.

Well since you do have knives...I don't have to worry about giving up my top performer.

Uh, er...Yah...Those are my wife's knives. SOMETIMES she lets me carry 'em (for a couple minutes everday).:D.:D. I don't own any knives (SHE owns 'em all), so if you happen to have a spare layin' around (that my wife won't find out about)...:D.:eek:.:D.
 
Tom Mayo TNT, my neck knives vary, but mostly a Mayo TNT pattern talonite necker. I also carry a Micra and a SAK Executive.
 
During the day I'll usually pack one of my DDR EDC's, as of late it has been the Ralph/Simonich Talonite "2BK". Since acquiring a custom Lum Chinese Folder, I've been throwing that in the rotation. After work, it'll be one of these two or a Carson. A folder clipped IWB normally is a production piece, lately either a CRKT M18 or an Axis AFCK. Sometimes I'll add a neck knife in the mix, usually a DDR ArcLite or a Simonich Talonite Pikuni. And if that isn't enough, at times I'll add a small folder too such as a Camillus Talonite EDC or a William Hanery T12BT.

Not an easy question for me to answer as I rotate stuff out almost on a daily basis. Choices can be good, but sometimes bad :D
