What do you guys think of this as a contest? I need some opinions.

OK guys I was looking through my stuff and found a book that i dont read anymore and i would like to hold a drawing for it. The book is Wildernes Survival Handbook by Alan Fry. I would like to run a drawing and have tickets cost a buck or two. Would anyone have a problem with this? The book cost $15US, and is in good condition. I would hold the contest for a few weeks would you guys be open to this idea? Thanks. Geoff. I will let you all know what I decide.

It sounds like a good idea, and I love hearing from you and all, but a buck is still a bit steep for some people especially if it is a book.........
 
really are you being honest about the buck thing? If so this is how it will be the contest winner will only have to pay the shipping. does that sound better?
