Last year, my current Silverado had a flat tire. I noticed I had a flat tire within 4 hours after coming back from a quick errand. The culprit was a thick wood screw in my front right tire.
Last month, my girlfriend's TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) alerted her that a tire was damaged after she left my house around zero dark thirty. I took her vehicle to a shop and they pointed out her front left tire had inner sidewall damage. It seriously looked like someone stuck a pointy implement in her tire.
Yesterday, I went cruising to some offroad (easy) trails and checked my PSI before I went up the mountain. I noticed my PSI was lower than when I left my house. I found another basic wood screw in my front left tire tonight.
The variable: a Mexican, bald-headed ex-gangster whom wears high socks with shorts whom still hangs around my neighbors house after being evicted from his bank-owned house next door. He continually leaves his vehicles on the street and loves to park in front of my house when the whole block is empty.
Coincidence or not?
