What do you know about this knife?

I found this knife awhile back, just getting around to posting it here. It has some writing or the blade that can be seen in the pics but I can't make it out.
Any info you can give me is appreciated.

Finnish. Jarvenpaa makes similar as their Scout pattern.

Is there Anyway to tell the age of it?

Try in the Levine subforum, there are a few Finnish collectors there, and many are pretty good at reading those inscriptions (I've never had luck that way). They aren't a tremendously old pattern though, 1930's - with the bulk of them being imported post WWII. They're nice using knives.
