I believe this knife is a 175 model number but I don't know its name.
There is no model number on the box or knife.
It is tricked out with a bronze washer, ATS-34 blade, duel thumbstuds, and clip for tip down carry.
I don't think I've ever really noticed this model before but bought it because I've been on an ATS-34 kick lately and it was an LE.

Turns out the have really good ergonomics and the build quality is excellent.

So does or has anyone EDC carried this knife. I'm interested in opinions and or general info??

I located some more of these with different scenes on them but am also thinking about it in terms of pocket carry (a plain jane model though).

G, I have three of that style with different scenes on them. Two are LE but with just the standard steel. The model number is 175 and they are called the "Lightning HTA". Check out the 2000 catalog on the BCCI web site.

It appears that the one you show is riveted together. One of my LE's is that way (Battling Bucks from 2003), but the other two are screwed together.

I like 'em too.

Thanks Dave...I being project oriented today with the garden boxes so didn't take the time to looks myself. You da man!

Flatlander, I just bought one on the bay and it is a "Plain Jane" one. It is a nice edc because of how thin it is. The one I got was a "needs some work one" and it cleaned up nice. Mine has the plain blade. I also had a heck of a time finding the name for it. Still don't know what HTA means?

There is a series that have fish on them and they are really nice...Sooooo many Bucks..So few bucks....

I always considered the 175 and the smaller 170 as sleepers among bucks smaller pocket folders.

As smooth as any alpha folder.

Here are some of mine. Just simple little users.

These three are 170's. 175's are just a little larger.

I have one with a school of fish for the scene, with 420 blade. I believe that it is 2000 series in LE box. Found on the bay about 6 years ago. HL
