What Do You Say?

It was a banner Buck day..2 Auto 112's and a NIB 432 with initials. As I was bringing the 432 from the mailbox I realized that I had not told KathyJo about the 432 at all and had only mentioned the Auto's once a month or two ago...I wonder what other folks in my position do. So what do you say when you bought a few Bucks when they get to the house?

Tell her you only have so many chances to get a 432. You’re on your own for the 2nd 112 Auto

Oh yes...But I'm still a bit scared...The problem is I already have a 432 with initials but it was a user. I bought the NIB one because I couldn't find the Black heat stamp shieth and it was a bargin for a 3 line flat frame 112. Your right about the Auto's..there the real problem.

I dont worry about the wife and things I buy. I learned long ago........she has her own budget for her own wasteful nonsense and I have my own for things I like such as bucks.

I dont bother her on what she buys and she doesnt bother me. we stick to our budgets. works great. no fights on that.

My wife just hands me the box from the MM and say's "I wonder what that is"? Especially when it's from DP...

She likes bigger ticket items..Gibson guitars, mandolins and especially expensive mike and guitar stands and wireless headsets..

I'm always ordering supplies and consumables for my construction business. It's really easy for me to mix a random knife box in with the others!

In all honesty she doesn't care. She has at minimum one box from either Amazon or Kohls delivered every week. I don't care what she buys and she doesn't care what I buy. We have an agreement that as long are the bills are paid and savings keeps steadily growing we are free to get what we want.

I told her on the way to rehearsal...All is well! I waited until I passed on the 432 with initials I had to a deserving collector in Texas who happened to the same initials as the one I had..So to upgrade fo a NIB with the correct tan black heat stamped shieth was less than $20.00. I also told her all the details on the 432 such as both initials and regular came in square frame and radius frames and the story of getting the prototype ect before quickly telling about the new auto..Now how to explain the 3dot NIB Stag 112 I'm bidding for................
