The pin finishing seems sorta ragged. They all seem to be using jade green G-10 or something similar. Other than that I can tell nothing other than the mirror polish on them.

They are 1095 steel the handles are corian and 5" inlingth. the smallest one is a 7
' blade the big shefs knife is 1o.5"
I am sarry I do not have a finshed pick. I use my pic's. to clean up some of my work and the pins is a real easy one for me.

Hard to say what they are worth. To get premium price, the balance has to be right. No way to know how they feel and move when they are in a pic.
1095 would probably not be my first pick for a kitchen blade.

I'm not going to be to much of a critic because I have never made any knives.

That said, it really looks in the pictures like the blades needed a lot more work before they were polished. Now that they are polished, all the surface imperfections really stand out.

the First set and the second set are different.
What is the handle material on the second set?

I personally don't care for the mirror polish. I also don't think the pins look nice at all where the handles meet them. The handles look a big larger than the tang in some areas.

I guess it depends what you sold them for. I don't think I would pay much for them.

Just being honest. I've never been one to sugar coat stuff.

Thanks guys. They did lkook much better leaving the shop. They are bouth Corian and the green ones were ttraded for a caddy.

I happen to agree with him.
