I've been eyeballing the wharncliffe version of this knife for a while now and it seems like an awesome little knife especially for the price. I know it's made in china and has some variant of the well known 8cr13mov, but blade steel isn't a concern for me at all as long as price reflects it which it does. So if anyone owns a Minimalist and has some pictures to share that would be very cool. I would also just like to know what you guys think of them? Thanks,

Ben

Ive been looking into the bowie blade for a while. I have the S.P.E.W and it has the same steel. Its no super steel but it gets the job done. I would say both are good choices

P.S. I had a chance to see a tanto minimalist in person and it was the most comfortable small blade I ever held

Unless opinions have substantially changed over the last few months, the CRKT Folts collaborations are very highly thought of around here. You can use the search function to access dozens of pictures and reviews.

Fantastic design in substandard steel. Mine wouldn't hold an edge to save it's life. Would love to get an actual Folts version.
