Review What do you think of the Ultrex SureTouch handle material?

Some of you have heard about and have purchased some the knife scales called SureTouch. Being the manufacturer (and inventor) of this material, I am looking for any and all feedback. How did it machine? How do you think it will hold up on a knife or other tools? At this point I am not sure I can make a lot of changes to improve it however; we don't know or learn if we don't ask. This is currently under a Provisional Patent and in April we will be applying for a full patent on it.

I'm here to answer any questions you may have as well.

Well, nice to see you guys are getting more involved.
Seemed kinda neat at the show.

Haven't pulled the trigger on any yet.

The colors just haven't really shouted at me.

Is there a 1 ply black or only 2 ply?
 
We can do a 1 ply black and 1 ply rubber. The thickness of the G10 would be about .0085" and the rubber would be .015". If you look at our UltreX Website and the G10 solid colors, we can make up sheets using any of these. We have made up samples using the Neon Green/BK and Yellow/BK. We just haven't gotten them on the web site yet.
