What Do You Think Of This Kitchen Knife

I'm looking for a nice paring knife to give to my parents. Might end up getting them a chef's knife as well.

My parents used to own a resturant and I bought my Mother a J.A. Henckels paring knife for Christmas one year, it was at least $75 as well. She loved it so much that she bought herself a "spare" on in case something happened to the one I bought. They are also very nice knives for the kitchen and she still has them in perfect shape 9 years later.
