What do you think of this mod for my 0350?

I stumbled upon the 0360 pictured here a couple days ago:

Now I had already purchased a 0350, and it seems there won't be any 0360s produced until September. Well I sent my 0350 off to a forumite to have the recurve ground out, and they're willing to mod it to be like the 0360, but I had another idea. Instead of cutting from the first peak of the spine to the blade tip, I thought it might be nice to cut from the second peak of the spine to the tip (not as long a slant). Check out what I mean:

I like it, but maybe just a swedge would look nice and retain some strength in the tip. Good for you modding your knife!

They made a run for SKD-Tac and they sold like hotcakes. Now everybody is wanting one. They'll make more by winter.
