I recently heard about the T4 from TOPS Knives. For those of you who may not know, it is a Tom Brown Tracker but it is about the size of an average neck knife? What do you guys think of the concept? Would you buy it or use it? Personally, I'm very interested in the idea. I hope it turns out well. I may end up buying one to test it out. :D

I have never owned or tried one out. It seems to me, that more versatility can be had for less money, by carrying 2 seperate knives. For example purposes: A BK-2 & BK-11. The 2 will cut up dinner & also split wood, the 11 will work well for smaller jobs. I like plain edged blades myself. New to this forum, but not to knives.

I'm an owner and believer in the Tom Brown Tracker. It may not be for everyone but it works for me. It is not the end all be all of WSKs but it serves its purpose. Tops are price blades to begin with and I can see why not everyone is willing to fork over the cash for one. Anyway, the idea of the mini Tracker really intrigues me. I hope to own one shortly.

I can't even begin to understand how the Tracker design, which is configured as a weight-forward chopper would make a good 2" neck knife. By miniaturizing everything, the saw teeth are useless as well as the "hatchet" belly portion. A simple curved blade would be easier to use and maintain.
