Not a bad price for butter soft 1095. At least he doesn't run the price up by making it all pretty.

A bit off topic here, but the holes on the pommel aren't a Busse trademark, right? Only the talon holes are?
I can't help but notice that all Busses have a pommel and holes on them... been thinking of sending some of my BOSS Jacks to the custom shop to have them covered up with handle material and thong hole tubing, e.g., like on this RMD mod I did:

Understand, when they are your knives you can do what you please. :) Its your property and as long as you dont intend to make a bunch to sell your good.

As for the brand bashing, the hogs are above that, at least I want to believe so. All Hogs know that they have the best knives on the planet and dont need to bash another brand to make them feel good about their choices.

While I agree... I still don't quite understand the coat hooks used to dress up the photo :p nothing about the knife or the guy--he's been doing this for 30 years he claims and I'd hate to jump to conclusions, and he's probably a nice guy--but coat hooks with knives seem kind of out of place!
 
The coat hooks are a confusing addition to be sure. :D I wonder if its some subliminal thing? Mommie dearest doesn't use wire hangers!!!! :eek:

Coat hooks, hmm, what can we infer with coat hooks..... oh! hangers! :D :D :D Hook the talon hole in the hanger and have a built in storage solution! :p

Pretty sure that also qualifies as an infringement AFAIK...

I think that any hole in the area of the EDIT: pommel RICASSO (Oops! My bad. :o) with the shading (lines) is covered under the trademark in the drawing submitted (above). It is also worth noting that the "hole" is undefined on this trademark...i.e. "circular", "round", "oval", "square", "triangle", "teardrop", etc.
