Most of y'all have probably seen the BK15 30 Day EDC Challenge.

So, what would you like to see me do with it? I'll be pretty busy the next few weeks, but I'll try to get some time in doing stuff with it outdoors and such. Give me some challenges for the challenge. :D

Whittle a tooth pick (1-2mm in diameter) out of a much larger piece of wood.

Usage doesn't have to be strictly outdoors, thats what makes the 15 So versatile. Have a family member use it as the sole knife for dinner prep one night. This includes meat, veg, sides, anything that needs a knife, use the 15. While they prep, you can take photos.

This might want to be done after the "no sharpening" phase is over.

Slice ~ Cut ~ in other words do as many things as you can with the #15..! You only live once you know.! LOL
You would be surprised at just what it can really do when you engage your mind to try anything with a Becker #15 ****

Lookup the bk2 olive slicing challenge contest thread. Try to top the winner; the bk15 in top form should be able to top it.

Dig a hole big enough to fit your fist in.

I might, but there are so many rocks around here I'm not sure I wanna bug up the edge. If I can find a slightly less incredibly rocky place, I will.

Will do.

I've been using it for cutting food a good bit. Might see if mom or dad want to use it for food prep, not sure if I trust mom with it though. LOL

Also, gather some edibles with it and cook 'em

I'll see if I can find some Jack-in-the-Pulpits.

That's what I've been doing. :D

Everyone in my family hates olives or I would. :D

Make a "Try Stick", to see how it can make various notches used in camping.

Might do that when I go camping sometime.

I bought one recently that my primary purpose for will be as an upland game hunting knife that can be pressed into other camping roles (not necessarily bush crafting) when needed. None of my other knives could really serve that role as well. Maybe make the necessary kindling, and then start a fire. Then clean your game, although I don't know how you'll duplicate the hunting knife aspect? Then immediatly shift from cleaning a "pheasant" (then the knife) and then cutting up potatoes and other vegetable for the coming meal. Then when done, using it to fix something (no prying - I try not to use my knives that way) perhaps cutting cord and limbs to attach a cover over some equipment?? That's how I expect my BK-15 to be used, but not in any particular order.

Slice a filet mignon, done Pittsburgh, into sliver sized bites with a hearty Cabernet next to it on the table. The, trim the end of a good cigar after slicing open the envelope of a huge commission, fee or bonus check!

LOL!

Then....cut a BK9 in half. Seriously.

OK, no...just kidding.
Use it to fetch a shrubbery....

Honestly, I think you're doing fine with the 30-day, D. Use it in the kitchen or something to make your folks a meal.

Fetch a shrubbery? Is that some kind of yank talk? :D

Thanks GSOM. I should probably stick to fixing meals only for myself for the moment, I'd like to keep the grumpy old farts around and my cooking wouldn't help 'em. :p

Run down and slice the throat of the jersey devil. Think you live close enough too it where you can make that happen.

Also if you got rope or cardboard around would like to see how many cuts into it takes to completely dull the edge.
