I found a Randall knife among my deceased father's belongings from 35 yrs. ago the other night. I looked around on the internet and discerned that it is a 1960's 2 5 dagger with a stacked leather handle. I saw one just like it on tunefink.com It is in probably about 85% shape with same condition leather sheath. I am trying to figure out what the price range is on one of these and where to sell it? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think you can ask for knive values on the forum unless you have a higher membership level.

You can search our sales forum here for past sales listings and see what prices were being asked. Also you can look at completed auctions on online auction sites and see what people were bidding on the knives. You can take photos of the knife and send them to Bernard Levine and for a fee he will provide an appraisal of the knife. If you know anything about your father's use of the knife, for instance if he used it in the military on active duty, that might affect its value.

With a higher membership level you could list the knife for sale here in our sales forum. You can also list it in the online auction sites.

It is worth exactly what you're willing to take for it, and what someone else is willing to pay. For a past sixty day spot-market review you can use eBay's completed listings for similar items. Further, you can sell it here, and other items too, once you've updated membership level as bdmicarta suggested. Until then, this thread is locked.
