Going to have my Sebenza reconditioned. What does that entail besides refinishing the handles? What options are there? How much $$$.

Seems that I remember someone having one decorated.

you can have several or only one thing done. you can have the handles reblasted, a silver contrast design added such as the Calvary :D, the blade can be refinished and sharpened as well as changing the thumbstuds etc. I would call CRK for pricing or e-mail.

Dennis -

Bead-blast the handles is approx. $20.
Sandblast the blade is approx. $20.
Resharpen blade is free.

And then add approx. $6 for UPS Ground shipping back to you, or $9 for UPS 2-day.

Hope that helps,

Matthew

I bought a used Sebenza here and sent it in to CRK for a complete workover. That included a replacement front frame panel with the "Trailing Moon" graphic anodized on it, polishing and sharpening the blade, and adding a blue anodized thumb stud. In addition, they cleaned and adjusted everything to factory specs.

Getting all of that done cost a bit, but I felt like I had a brand new Sebenza when it came back. :D
