What does knife look like...

Check your local library, or whip out your visa card and go to www.leevalley.com and buy Leonard Lee's sharpening book. He took chisels sharpened on verious stones, and the stones themselves, to a place to get electron microscope pictures taken. Ever really see an edge? Want to see what stropping can do to an edge? Do you know what vitrified bonds look like? I DO! :)

Those are excellent pictures, I have magnifier (10X or 12X i believe) which is extremely useful for observing edge after sharpening.
