What does "Revert Your Systemmodification Templates" mean?

When I try to change the time zone from GMT to EST, I keep getting thes message: ADMINISTRATOR: REVERT YOUR SYSTEMMODIFICATION TEMPLATES. What does this mean and what am I supposed to do about it?

Spark, I have Windows NT using Explorer. The User CP button is on the left, but I got the legend wrong and now I cannot get back into my Control Screen to check for the correct legend or to access "Modify Options" section since you responded to my post.

OK, the correct wording. What I said was not an accurate quote, but I cannot get back into my Personal Control Page to look at it again.
