What does Spyderco do to sharpen knives at the factory?

Are stones or belts used to sharpen the knives at the factory? What type of medium (diamond, ceramic, etc.)is used? Is there a jig or a guide used, or are they done by hand? Just curious,TIA

Prigger - We use special belts and buffers and some very highly skilled craftsmen. Spyderco prides iteself on our very sharp knives.
