Hello,

I'm looking for a new knife, just sold my old Hubertus Hunter.
I looking for a fixed knife that works also on the camp site and doesn't scare other people :)
Now i have 3 knives at this moment that i like from photo's.

Lionsteel M3 - Niolox
Sacha Thiel Nexus - N690Co (think it's a bit to small)
Sacha Thiel Harfang - N960Co

Can anyone give me some advise what to buy, also on these steels
Other idea's are also welcome.

Check out the benchmade 162 bushcrafter. Good knife.

Indeed also a nice knife but here they sell it at €230 while the other knifes are from €80 - €130 so that is far more expensive :(

Niolox is great. I got a DPX HEFT 4 recently to test, and both the knife, and the steel, smashed my expectations.

Actually, I'd add that to the list of considerations, the HEFT 4 doesn't have an alarming appearance, but it is a very good design, comfortable to use and not too big to carry or small to use.

Also a nice one
But the problem i have is that i live in the Netherlands and this brand is hard to get. I can get them in other coutries but then the shipping etc. will make the knife again to expensive

somewhere between 10 and 12 cm (4-5 inch) i think.
I think stainless is better for food prep. but i also like my 2 spyderco's in CPM-M4 and super blue...
If i am correct this niolox and N690Co are both stainless.

How about a Fallkniven. Also how about something by Andrew Jordan since I believe he resides the same country as you. Would make for easy shipping anyway

Thanks all,
Maybe it's helpfull to say that i'm looking for a knive between €100 and €150.

@jfk1110, i looked at the fallkniven knives. They are nice but i just don't like the design. That Raptor from Andrew Jordan is beautiful but way to expensive for me :(
