Recently found this one, I had misplaced it during a move and thought it gone. It's been used but never needed sharpening as of yet, still sharp as a razor. Just not sure what generation Endura it is. Got the clip retained by a single double-sided fastener. You can use a dime on both sides to unscrew the clip and flip-flop it to the other side. It is now my left side edc knife, the right side being the Cold Steel Black Rhino pictured above it.

That sure looks like the handle on the current Pacific Salt, which I believe is based on the 3rd Gen. Endura

Then again, I've got some sort of viral infection going and my head is absolutely swimming. I'm probably way off the mark.

Bought it NIB in 2006. From a local knife shop who does not move a lot of product, due to he is hardly ever there. Says it's more of a hobby than a business. So who knows how long it sat in his display case before I bought it. He has a lot of nice older knives in that case. I have to stay away or I'd be broke.

Yep. It's what we call a Gen 3 or barrel bolt Endura, although Spyderco never called it that.

Thanks for that. Was not sure what exactly that clip screw thingamajig was called. This and an old integrated clip Harpy are the only serrated knives I currently have.
I have an old CS Vaquero Grande, but years of trying to hone away the serrations have almost completely eliminated them. So I do not refer to it as serrated anymore.
